Distilleria Gualco Camomilla Chamomile Grappa Liqueur｜ Other Products

Camomilla is a chamomile grappa liqueur from Distilleria Gualco, the family distillery in Silvano d'Orba, Piedmont, that has made grappa in direct-fire copper stills since 1870. It combines the house grappa, distilled from red Piedmontese grape pomace, with delicate chamomile flowers, macerated together for a minimum of three months and then rested in glass and stainless steel. Bottled at a bold 42% ABV in a 750ml bottle. The taste is floral and soothing chamomile with honeyed sweetness over the warm, grapey backbone of the grappa, finishing long and gently spiced. It is a traditional Piedmont digestivo, sipped neat after dinner or with a drop of water, and bartenders use its floral high notes in a chamomile Bee's Knees, a gin sour or a hot toddy. A beautiful, unusual bottle from an old Italian house.Buy Distilleria Gualco Camomilla Chamomile Grappa Liqueur online with fast shipping right to your door.
