Paul John Pedro Ximénez Select Cask is the sweetest, richest expression in the Select Cask range from John Distilleries in Goa, India. It is made from Indian six-row barley, distilled in copper pot stills and matured in ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which previously held the darkest and sweetest of Spain's sherries. Bottled at 48% ABV (96 proof), non chill-filtered and uncolored, in a 750ml bottle. The nose is raisins, figs and honey over gentle oak and spice. The palate is smooth and luxurious, with a delicate sweetness balanced by dark chocolate, caramel and a hint of espresso, and the finish is long and comforting. Goa's tropical climate accelerates maturation, so the PX influence is deep and well-integrated. A dessert whisky of real class and a great gift for fans of sherried malts.Buy Paul John Pedro Ximénez Select Cask Indian Single Malt Whisky online with fast shipping right to your door.
