A Moment to Explore｜Busker Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey｜ Other Products

Busker Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey comes from Royal Oak Distillery in County Carlow, one of the few Irish distilleries making all three styles of Irish whiskey under one roof. This is the pot still expression: triple distilled from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, aged in bourbon and sherry casks, and bottled at 44.3% ABV (88.6 proof). The unmalted barley gives pot still whiskey its signature spice and oily texture. Busker's version opens with intense baking spice balanced by toffee and orchard fruit, moves to a creamy, full palate, and lands on a long, warm finish. It is one of the most affordable single pot still whiskeys on the market and sips well neat; it also brings real weight to an Irish Old Fashioned or a whiskey sour. This 750ml bottle is the best way to try Ireland's native whiskey style without spending Redbreast money.
