It has 2" thick, high density, non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane insulation located throughout the cabinet and doors. A roll-top lid that can serve as an over shelf is included. The doors include both a self closing and stay open mechanism. Each model is supplied with a full complement of 4" deep, plastic, 1/6 size pans and dividers. This prep table exclusively comes with the ability to hold 6" deep top pans and keep them at a safe and nice temperature for your customers. A 12" deep, full-length, reversible white nylon cutting board is also included.
