Irish Whiskey Bonding Co. Grafter Whiskey｜ Other Products

Irish Whiskey Bonding Co. Grafter Whiskey is the working-class partner to the Chancer, named for the Irish term for someone who puts in the hard graft. Like its sibling, it revives the tradition of the whiskey bonder, sourcing casks from Irish distilleries and blending them under an independent label. It is bottled at 43% ABV.Grafter is the richer of the pair, with caramel, vanilla and toasted oak on the palate and a subtle spice on the finish. It drinks well neat or over ice and stands up nicely in an Irish Old Fashioned or a Manhattan-style stirred drink. This 750ml bottle is a solid mid-priced Irish blend and a good gift for the grafter who earned it.
