The Masters Collection Añejo is 100% estate-grown highland blue Weber agave, fermented with the family yeast, double-distilled in stainless pots with copper coils, aged in a selection of American white oak ex-bourbon barrels chosen by Rodolfo, and bottled at 40% ABV; check your bottle for the age and batch.
