Seasonal Favorite｜Apologue Saffron Spiced Liqueur｜ Other Products

Apologue Saffron Spiced Liqueur is a golden, aromatic liqueur from Apologue Liqueurs in Chicago, the craft producer that builds each bottle around one hero ingredient. Here it is saffron, the world's most precious spice, blended with a supporting cast of botanicals including citrus, floral notes and warm spices, and bottled at 35% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is Apologue's answer to the classic saffron liqueurs of Europe. The aroma is heady saffron with citrus, flowers and a touch of earthiness. The palate balances saffron's warm, faintly bitter character against botanical sweetness and gentle spice, finishing long and elegant. Use it in a saffron gin sour, a Bee's Knees riff, a gold-tinted spritz or a Manhattan variation; a little goes a long way. A striking bottle for the adventurous home bartender.Buy Apologue Saffron Spiced Liqueur online with fast shipping right to your door.
